SSR holds annual elections each spring to select its new leadership. To be eligible, members must have been active in SSR for at least one year and demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing undergraduate robotics at Stanford.
The leadership team oversees the organization’s direction each year—managing sponsorships and partnerships, planning large-scale events like RoboFest, coordinating member onboarding and mentorship, and handling budgets and resources across all project teams.
